Use of this app is entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of chakraSpace disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall the developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this app or its AI features.
Certain AI features — including journal analysis and chakra insights — require purchased AI credits. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. chakraSpace does not store or have access to your credit card or payment details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are a consumable digital good. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a non-refundable digital service.
Usage estimates are approximations based on average AI token consumption. Actual usage varies depending on the length and complexity of each request. We do not guarantee any specific number of uses per credit pack.
Credits do not expire and carry over indefinitely. Pricing may change at any time; changes apply to future purchases only and do not affect credits already purchased.
AI features are processed via Anthropic's API. By using AI features in chakraSpace you acknowledge that your inputs are transmitted to Anthropic's servers and are subject to Anthropic's usage policies. chakraSpace is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
All data is stored in a secure, GDPR-compliant cloud database. Your records are not visible to other users. Administrative access is limited to authorized chakraSpace personnel for operational and support purposes only.
AI-powered journal analysis and chakra insights are processed via Anthropic's API on our servers. Your inputs are used solely to generate your requested results and are not stored, logged, or used to train any models.
chakraSpace does not require your real name or primary email address. We strongly encourage signing up with an alias email (e.g. via SimpleLogin or addy.io) and a pseudonym. Your journal and wellness data is sensitive — protect it at the account level.
Your data is deleted immediately and permanently when you request account deletion. We do not retain backups of personal data after deletion is processed.
We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance — your email address is required solely to provide you with the service you signed up for. No data is processed beyond what is necessary to operate chakraSpace.
chakraSpace is operated from outside the EU. Your data is processed by the following US-based third-party providers, each of which relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards approved by the European Commission:

chakraSpace is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. By creating an account you confirm that you are 16 years of age or older. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will delete their account and data immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Continued use of chakraSpace after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you have concerns about a change, you may request account deletion at any time.
